Lord Hanuman has placed the Supreme Lord Srirama in his heart. Therefore, those who seek shelter under Lord Hanuman, effortlessly fix their mind upon the Supreme Lord.

Walk on the path directed by Hanuman. By doing so, the grace of the Devatas will fall upon you.

Immediately upon birth, Lord Hanuman had darshan of His Guru! Therefore, the sin accrued due to abusing or condemning Guru vanishes by glorifying or meditating upon this Lord. Furthermore, you will obtain Guru’s grace as well.

Just as the Lord, who in the form of fire, burnt down the forest called demons in us, He will burn down the 6 inner enemies. He will drive away all inauspicious, negative thoughts and fill us with positive, healthy thoughts.

He wanders through all the worlds freeing all living beings from sorrow.
In Him, each and every body hair reverberates with ‘Rama’s’ name. He gets his devotees to joyfully shout, ‘Jay Shrirama’. He ensures that Lord Rama’s grace falls upon the devotees. He blesses the devotee with good intellect (buddhi), sharpness, radiance and strength.

For all the above reasons, Hanuman alone is our father, mother, friend, relative and also our Guru. Seek refuge in Him. He will take care of our well-being.

Dexterity in execution of tasks and divine energy exist in Hanuman. Observing these qualities, even among the hordes of Vanara leaders, Lord Rama gave his signet ring only to Hanuman.

In the search for Sita, all the Vanaras led by Angada ended up in a cave from which there was no exit. Purely because they obeyed Hanuman’s commands, they could exit from that cave. They could obtain the blessings of Yogini Swayamprabha.

The sight of the massive ocean before them was petrifying! At that moment, it was Hanuman who reinfused courage into them. Due to this they turned ecstatic again and could save their lives.

When the Lord was crossing the ocean, Mountain Mainaka offered him hospitality. Due to this deed, Mainaka could obtain a boon from Indra by which he could wander freely. When the Lord, using his intelligence and tact, obtained victory over Surasa-devi, the serpent goddess, all the Devatas rejoiced.

‘Those who worship Hanuman will obtain time-sense, courage, wisdom and dexterity in completion of tasks’- on their own the Devatas showered these boons upon Hanuman’s devotees. Due to this inherent greatness in Hanuman, it is essential to worship Him with devotion and faith. Chant Hanuman Chalisa.

During his visit to Lanka, this Lord quoted from the scriptures pertaining to Shakuna, Vāstu and rajaneeti (politics) and imparted knowledge. He taught the attitude one must have when completing his duty/ task.

When he was flying across the ocean to complete His master’s commands, the Sun, Moon and Mother Nature helped him plentifully. Thus, through his deeds, he proved that anyone who undertakes selfless service is helped by all the Devatas.

During this trip to Lanka, the Lord showed to us how a Yogi should behave. ‘Even amidst exquisite buildings and most enticing objects, the mind should never waver’- this important lesson he taught.

He taught that the aspirant should not become laid-back with the in-between, short term successes he achieves and that he must retain his focus on the end goal.

Despite combing all the streets and buildings of Lanka very minutely, Mother Sita was not to be found. This transformed into an unbearable grief for Hanuman. Through this he showed to the world that in every life such unbearable grief arises at some point. At such critical juncture, one must never lose courage. Under no circumstances should he lose enthusiasm. Only those who enthusiastically and energetically pursue the goal meet with success.

‘Only by periodically encouraging the mind, the sadhaka can conquer pressure situations’- he also taught this message.

Before stepping into Ashoka Vana, the Lord prayed to Srirama. Through this He taught, ‘Irrespective of one’s wisdom, dexterity and physical might, he cannot obtain complete success unless he has spiritual nature’.

Thus, in Hanuman’s victory story there are many valuable lessons contained for us all. For this reason, we must serve Hanuman and worship Him.

Only with Hanuman’s blessings the person obtains oratory skills. How, when, where and what should be spoken- this we learn from Hanuman.

Seeking shelter under Lord Hanuman, learn to handle the ups and downs of life.

With the blessings of the Lord, again we shall delve into more details about Hanuman. May the grace of Lord Hanuman dispel all problems and fill the world with peace!

May planetary disturbances vanish, may diseases and fears vanish, may everyone be blessed with good health, may everyone’s desires be fulfilled!
